An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots 15-31 & 34-51 and the adjacent 5' strip (reserved), Sq. 1, Lots 14-51 and the adjacent 5' strip (reserved), and an unimproved reserved 50' strip, Sq. 2 Evangeline City, Unit Number 4 into Evangeline City Phase 1 Subdivision, Lots 16A, 20A, 23A, 26A, 29A, 35A, 42A, 46A, 49A of Sq. 1, and Lots 15A, 19A, 22A, 27A, 30A, 33A, 37A, 40A, 44A, 48A & 51A of Sq. 2, located in Section 17, T12S R7E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Cristina and Lauricella, Inc.
Body
WHEREAS, the Cristina and Lauricella, Inc. owns undeveloped properties in Montz, La; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide for future development; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Riverlands Surveying Company and dated January 23, 2004 for resubdivision of lots 15-31 & 34-51 and the adjacent 5' strip (reserved), Sq. 1, Lots 14-51 and the adjacent 5' strip (reserved), and an unimproved reserved 50' strip, Sq. 2 Evangeline City, Unit Number 4 into Evangeline City Phase 1 Subdivision, Lots 16A, 20A, 23A, 26A, 29A, 35A, 42A, 46A, 49A of Sq. 1, and Lots 15A, 19A, 22A, 27A, 30A, 33A, 37A, 40A, 44A, 48A & 51A of Sq. 2, located in Section 17, T12S R7E, Montz, St. Charles Parish, La. is hereby approved.
