IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Zoe Jolie’ Labit is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in St. Rose, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Autumn Labit and the late Matthew McDillon; and,
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2024, Zoe was crowned the 17th Festival of Charities Miss Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held in Destrehan; and,
WHEREAS, Zoe will represent the Festival of Charities at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater New Orleans (DSAGNO) Buddy Walk, and several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
