RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Karen Raymond to the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1, PARISH OF ST. CHARLES due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Karen Raymond on May 22, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Karen Raymond 840 South Fashion Boulevard, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1, PARISH OF ST. CHARLES.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective MAY 22, 2025 and shall expire MAY 22, 2031.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
