RESOLUTION NO.

Title

A resolution appointing Ms. Olivia Tate to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District I Representative.

Body

WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Olivia Tate on December 7, 2020; and,

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Olivia Tate 138 Fashion Boulevard, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District I Representative.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2024.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
