Title
An ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 16-6-4 which amended the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 to eliminate the requirement for skirting or foundation plantings around mobile homes.
Body
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2016, Ordinance No. 16-6-4 was adopted by the St. Charles Parish Council amending the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Section VI. Zoning district criteria and regulations, B. Residential districts, [II.] R-1A(M)., 3. Special Provisions: to add c. and Section VII. Supplemental Use and Performance Regulations., 1. Mobile Homes a. and b. to eliminate the requirement for skirting or foundation plantings around mobile homes; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the St. Charles Parish Council to repeal Ordinance No. 16-6-4.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 16-6-4 adopted on June 6, 2016, is hereby repealed.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2016, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
