Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Tammy Morales Windmann to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District V Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Tammy Windmann on April 1, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Tammy Morales Windmann #8 Holster Lane, St. Rose, La 70087 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District V Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of APRIL 1, 2019 and expire APRIL 1, 2024.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
