IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Joleigh Elise Martin is a resident of Lafourche Parish residing in Raceland, Louisiana with her parents Trish and Christopher Martin and her brother George; and,
WHEREAS, Joleigh is a sixth grader at Raceland Middle School where she is a cheerleader and has been attending the Louisiana Lion’s Camp each summer since she was eight years old and she looks forward to going back each year; and,
WHEREAS, Joleigh enjoys cheering, dancing, swimming, and traveling; and,
WHEREAS, on July 11, 2015, Joleigh was crowned Boutte River Region Lion’s Club Ambassador Queen II; and,
WHEREAS, Joleigh proudly represents the Boutte River Region Lion’s Club at fairs, festivals, charitable pageants, and events throughout the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
