Title
A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a letter by St. Charles Parish approving Civil & Sports Design Engineering, LLC, as the assignee of Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers, regarding the Multiphase Project Contract for engineering services with Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers for the St. Charles Parish Dog Park project.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 19-2-11 adopted on February 18, 2019, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of an Engineering Services Contract between Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers and St. Charles Parish for the design of a Dog Park near the St. Charles Parish Animal Shelter; and,
WHEREAS, Civil & Sports Design Engineering, LLC, is the assignee of the Multiphase Project Contract for engineering services with Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers; and,
WHEREAS, all services, compensation, schedule and payment shall remain as provided in Ordinance No. 19-2-11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of a letter supporting the asignee of Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers to Civil & Sports Design Engineering, LLC, in connection with Multiphase Project Contract for engineering services for the St. Charles Parish Dog Park project originally entered into with St. Charles Parish on February 20, 2019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said letter supporting the assignee of Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers to Civil & Sports Design Engineering, LLC.
