Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Cecile Williams - "Christian Women World Wide United" - an after school tutoring program at 327 River Oaks Drive, Destrehan La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Cecile Williams would require Louisiana State licensing for an after school tutoring program.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Cecile Williams, 327 River Oaks Drive, Destrehan La. is for - "Christian Women World Wide United" - an after school tutoring program is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Cecile Williams a home occupation permit for an after school tutoring program.
