RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. David P. Bleakley to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. David P. Bleakley on December 7, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David P. Bleakley 436 Oak St., Norco, LA 70079_ is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District VI Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of DECEMBER 7, 2025 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
