Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to River Parish Maintenance, Inc. endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2006-52 for a resubdivision of A Portion of the Robert T. Mosher Tract into Lot MT-1 per plan by Lucien Gassen dated June 6, 2006, with a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage on the Remainder of the Robert T. Mosher Tract.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) require both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver from the geometric standard requiring all lots to possess frontage on a street or roadway; and,
WHEREAS, River Parish Maintenance, Inc., wishes to subdivide the Robert T. Mosher Tract such that Lot MT-1 will front on La 18, River Road but the Remainder of the Tract will not; and,
WHEREAS, River Parish Maintenance, Inc. has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for the Remainder of the Tract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution to support the positive decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding PZS-2006-52 for resubdivision of the Robert T. Mosher Tract into Lot MT-1, per plan by Lucien Gassen dated June 6, 2006, with a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for the Remainder of that Tract.
