Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Lana Vu for - "Lana's Hair Salon" - a hair salon by appointment only with one tanning bed at 231 Badeaux Lane, Des Allemands, La.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Lana Vu would require a Louisiana State Cosmetology license.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Lana Vu, 231 Badeaux Lane, Des Allemands is for - "Lana's Hair Salon" - a hair salon by appointment only with one tanning bed.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Lana Vu a home occupation permit for a hair salon by appointment only with one tanning bed.
