Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Agreement between Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, and St. Charles Parish to provide architectural services for the construction of a new concession building at the West Bank Bridge Park in Luling.
Body
WHEREAS, the Parish desires to engage Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, to provide architectural services for the construction of a new concession building at the West Bank Bridge Park in Luling to include designing a 28’ x 28’ concession building with (approximately) 784 sq. ft. of covered eating area. The concession building shall have serving counters, prep countertops, refrigeration for drinks, food warming capabilities, a locable pantry, triple sink, handwashing sink, floor drains, and shelving; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish and Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, to enter into an agreement for said services.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Agreement between Campo Designs - Architects, Sole Proprietorship, and St. Charles Parish for the construction of a new concession building at the West Bank Bridge Park in Luling is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
