Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Contract with Beverly Construction Company, LLC for the Ashton Park Development in the amount of $267,550.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by St. Charles Parish on September 17, 2015, for the construction of Ashton Park Development Project at Ashton Park, Ashton Plantation Boulevard, Luling; and,
WHEREAS, Danny J. Hebert, P.E., LLC has reviewed the bids and recommends that the project be awarded to the low bidder Beverly Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $267,550.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Beverly Construction company, LLC for the Ashton Park Development is hereby approved and accepted in the amount of $267,550.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2015, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
