RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Charlene Alexander-Armstrong to the Library Service District Board of Control as the District I Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; due to the resignation of Mr. Ralph Deroche on November 14, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Charlene Alexander-Armstrong P.O. Box 800, Boutte, Louisiana 70039 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL as the District VI Representative; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate APRIL 1, 2020.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
