Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Gerard Vincent Bertucci, Jr. - "Vincent's Construction N Remodeling" - a remodeling & construction business at 228 Ponderosa Rd., St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Gerard Vincent Bertucci, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a remodeling & construction business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Gerard Vincent Bertucci, Jr., 228 Ponderosa Rd., St. Rose, La. is for - "Vincent's Construction N Remodeling" - a remodeling & construction business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Gerard Vincent Bertucci, Jr. a home occupation permit for a remodeling & construction business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
