THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6 to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1A to CR-1 on Lot 7-A Good Hope Plantation Subdivision (being a resubdivision of Lots 6 & 7 Square 16 of Lot “D” Subdivision and Lots 7 & 8 Block H of Lot E Subdivision of Good Hope Plantation Subdivision), Norco, La as requested by Merrill Zeringue.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to CR-1 on Lot 7-A Good Hope Plantation Subdivision (being a resubdivision of Lots 6 & 7 Square 16 of Lot “D” Subdivision and Lots 7 & 8 Block H of Lot E Subdivision of Good Hope Plantation Subdivision), Norco, La as requested by Merrill Zeringue.
