A resolution to appoint Ms. Tina Chaisson to the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board representing the health care community.

Bod

WHEREAS:      There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD  due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Tina Chaisson on   November 1, 2008   ; and,

WHEREAS:      The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,

BE IT RESOLVED,      that _Ms. Tina Chaisson   107 Madewood Drive, Destrehan, LA  70047______________________________ be appointed to the   ST. CHARLES PARISH CHILDREN AND YOUTH PLANNING BOARD       ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall be effective as of NOVEMBER 1, 2008 and terminate  NOVEMBER 1, 2010 .
