Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with D&O Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Parish Project No. S030802, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements in the amount of $65,500.00.
Body
WHEREAS,      sealed bids were received by the Parish on November 18, 2004 for Parish Project No. S030802, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements; and,
WHEREAS,      Capitol Engineering, L.L.C., Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, D&O Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $65,500.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the bid of D&O Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Parish Project No. S030802, St. Charles Place Sewer Improvements be hereby accepted in the amount of $65,500.00.
      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
