Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) and final for the "C" Clarifier Upgrade to increase the contract time by 56 calendar days and to decrease the contract amount by $11,109.00.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 05-9-5 adopted September 19, 2005, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Environmental Construction Corp. for the "C" Clarifier Upgrade in the amount of $519,002.00.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the contract time by 56 days and to decrease the contract amount by $11,109.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That they do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) and final for the "C" Clarifier Upgrade to increase the contract time by 56 calendar days and to decrease the contract amount by $11,109.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. One (1) and final to the Contract.
