Title
An ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section VI., C., [IV.] C-3., 1., c. Special permit uses to provide that approval of special use permits for barrooms, night clubs, lounges, and dancehalls shall require a supporting resolution of the Council.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section VI., C., [IV.] C-3., 1., c. Special permit uses, (1) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) Barrooms, night clubs, lounges, and dancehalls upon review and approval by the Planning Commission and supporting resolution of the Council.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2014, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
