Title

A resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of 2019-12-SPU for an accessory dwelling unit at 151 Westover Lane, Montz as requested by Blaine Dauzat.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Blaine Dauzat requested a special permit use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on November 7, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district at 151 Westover Lane, Montz as requested by Blaine Dauzat.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
