Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of portion of Lots 127, 129 & 131 of Coteau De France or Ranson Subdivision into Lots 1 through 5 located in Section 39, T14S R20E (along the north side of LA 635), Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish. LA. as requested by George and Sara Sims.
Body
WHEREAS, George and Sara Sims own an undeveloped tract of land in Des Allemands, LA; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for future development; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Lucien Gassen, PLS, dated August 21, 2006 for resubdivision of portion of Lots 127, 129 & 131 of Coteau De France or Ranson Subdivision into Lots 1 through 5 located in Section 39, T14S R20E (along the north side of LA 635), Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish. LA is hereby approved.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _______ day of ___________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
