RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Clyde H. Maddox to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District IV Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the resignation of Mr. Ernest Eusea on December 22, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Clyde H. Maddox 112 Kerry’s Point West, Des Allemands, LA 70030 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District IV Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 23, 2023, and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2023, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
