Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of W. Wagner Rocha - "Omini Homes Contractors & Repairs" - a residential contractor - at 201 Country Cottage Boulevard.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII states that the Parish Council must approve a home occupation requiring any state license or permit; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of W. Wagner Rocha requires a license or registration with the Louisiana Licensing Board for Contractors.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.  That the home occupation application by W. Wagner Rocha to operate "Omini Homes Contractors & Repairs" a residential contractor at 201 Country Cottage Boulevard, Montz is hereby approved, and
      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant W. Wagner Rocha a home occupation permit to have the office for a residential contractor at 201 Country Cottage Boulevard, Montz.
