Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Mary Ann Vial Lemmon and Irma Vial Brou to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-60 for resubdivision of a parcel of land fronting one arpent or 192' and extending to the Mississippi River into Lots A & B located in Sections 18 & 22, T13S R20E in Hahnville with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot B.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for lots of record; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Mary Ann Vial Lemmon and Irma Vial Brou, wish to subdivide in such a way that Lot B does not have frontage on a hard-surface street; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for Lot B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Mary Ann Vial Lemmon and Irma Vial Brou to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-60 for resubdivision of a parcel of land fronting one arpent or 192' and extending to the Mississippi River into Lots A & B located in Sections 18 & 22, T13S R20E in Hahnville with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lot B.
