RESOLUTION NO.                                                                

Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Huey Marcel to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing Emergency Medical Services as requested by the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles, Board of Commissioners.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Michael Guillot on August 19, 2022; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      Mr. Huey Marcel                                                                                    417 Oak Lane, Luling, LA  70070                                                                                     is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2022 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2026.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
