Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 - (Final) for Project No. P090803-2, St. Charles Parish Public Works and Wastewater Office Roof Replacement Project to increase the contract amount by $5,865.00.

Body

WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 11-6-19, adopted June 20, 2011, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Fischer's, Inc. for the construction of St. Charles Parish Public Works and Wastewater Office Roof Replacement Project in the amount of $144,835.00; and,

WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in an increase to the contract amount by $5,865.00.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,

SECTION I.      To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1- (Final) for Parish Project No. P090803-2, St. Charles Parish Public Works and Wastewater Office Roof Replacement Project, to increase the contract amount by $5,865.00.

      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
