Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of James Seeser - "Jimmy's Construction" - a construction, roofing and carpentry business at 206 Paul Maillard Road, Luling,, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of James Seeser would require Louisiana State licensing for a construction, roofing and carpentry business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by James Seeser, 206 Paul Maillard Road, Luling,, La. is for - "Jimmy's Construction" - a construction, roofing and carpentry business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant James Seeser a home occupation permit for a construction, roofing and carpentry business.
