Title
An ordinance to Amend Section 23-2 of the Parish Code of Ordinances, Water Service Charges to adjust the rate for 3" Meter Deposit.
Body
WHEREAS, the current fee charged for this service does not reflect the actual expenses incurred by the Department of Waterworks in performing the service and GSE, Inc. has recommended that the fee be adjusted to cover actual costs.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Section 23-2, III. Charges is hereby amended as follows:
Meter Deposits: Meter Size 3"
$1000.00
SECTION II. The rates established herein shall be effective August 1, 2006.
