Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 - (Final) for Project No. P090802, St. Charles Parish Public Works West Bank Yard Shop Building to decrease the contract amount by $24,520.00.
Body
WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 11-4-18, adopted April 4, 2011, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with F. J. Arcement Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of St. Charles Parish Public Works West Bank Yard Shop Building in the amount of $570,800.00; and,
WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease to the contract amount by $24,520.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I.      To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1- (Final) for Parish Project No. P090802, St. Charles Parish Public Works West Bank Yard Shop Building, to decrease the contract amount by $24,520.00.
SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
