Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Sharon deCastro for - "The Body Depot" - a Licensed Therapeutic Massage business at 41 Villere Place, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Sharon deCastro would require Louisiana State licensing for a Licensed Therapeutic Massage business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Sharon deCastro, 41 Villere Place, Destrehan is for - "The Body Deport" - a Licensed Therapeutic Massage business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Sharon deCastro a home occupation permit for a Licensed Therapeutic Massage business.
