An ordinance to amend the 2011 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to move $245,000 from account 001-400640 General Government Buildings Capital Outlay, Buildings and Grounds to account 001-430180 Animal Control Buildings, Grounds & General Plant for the construction of the new Animal Shelter including alternates 1 and 2.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2011 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted November 8, 2010 by Ordinance No. 10-11-1, amended February 2, 2011 by Executive Order No. 11-1; February 3, 2011 by Executive Order No. 11-2; March 21, 2011 by Amendment #'s 1, 2, and 3; April 18, 2011 Amendment #'s 4, and 5; April 22, 2011 by Executive Order 11-3; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2011 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby amend the 2011 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget, as amended, as per "Exhibit A".
