Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to DANIEL POULIN, WQC #000630-09, CUP #P000254, for a permit to expand James Business Park into Parcel E by the extension of James Drive East into Parcel E, the extension of a distribution facility into the eastside of Parcel E, the construction of a distribution facility on the western portion of Parcel E, and the construction of a fiber optics facility to service the fiber optics lines being installed along the Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way, James Business Park Tract, St. Rose, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Daniel Poulin, WQC #000630-09, CUP #P000254, for a permit to expand James Business Park into Parcel E by the extension of James Drive East into Parcel E, the extension of a distribution facility into the eastside of Parcel E, the construction of a distribution facility on the western portion of Parcel E, and the construction of a fiber optics facility to service the fiber optics lines being installed along the Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way, James Business Park Tract, St. Rose, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Daniel Poulin, their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
