Title
A resolution requesting the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install "NO PARKING" signs on LA 52 (Paul Maillard Road) from David Court north to Angus Drive.
Body
WHEREAS, vehicles turning north or south on LA 52 (Paul Maillard Road) have limited visibility due to parked cars; and,
WHEREAS, LA 52 (Paul Maillard Road) is a major through highway linking LA 18 with Highway 90.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to install "NO PARKING" signs on LA 52 (Paul Maillard Road) from David Court north to Angus Drive.
