Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Amendment to Ordinance No. 98-4-18 between Chenevert, Songy, Rodi, Soderberg and St. Charles Parish for an Amendment to the South Destrehan Avenue Improvements contract for Engineering services.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 98-4-18 adopted April 20, 1998, by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract for engineering services with Chenevert, Songy, Rodi, Soderberg for necessary Professional Services associated with South Destrehan Avenue Improvements, P970705; and,
WHEREAS, the Parish has requested changes to the original project scope that requires additional engineering services to complete the design.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, to approve and authorize the execution of an Amendment to Ordinance No. 98-4-18 between Chenevert, Songy, Rodi, Soderberg and St. Charles Parish for an Amendment to the South Destrehan Avenue Improvements contract for Engineering Services.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows.
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of ___________, 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
