A resolution to amend the Policies and Procedures for Boards, Commissions and Committees of St. Charles Parish under "Miscellaneous", Certificates of Appreciation will be given to outgoing members upon completion of their term of office.
Body
WHEREAS,      St. Charles Parish's Boards, Commissions and Committees provide an invaluable service to the Parish of St. Charles.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES that the Policies and Procedures for Boards, Commissions and Committees of St. Charles Parish is hereby amended as follows:
      MISCELLANEOUS      (paragraph two)
      As Written:
A Certificate of Appreciation will be given by the Parish Council to outgoing board, commission or committee members upon completion of the term or resignation.
      Revised
A Certificate of Appreciation will be given by the Parish Council to outgoing board, commission or committee members upon completion of their term of office.
