IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Rachel Elizabeth Marino is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Norco, Louisiana with her parents Mary and Lance Marino, and her three siblings, Jacob, Elena, and Dominic; and,
WHEREAS, Rachel is a Junior at Destrehan High School where she is a member of the DHS swim team, Beta Club, and a Kick-off Mentor. She is also a member of the South Louisiana and Sun Villa swim teams; and,
WHEREAS, on February 22, 2014, Rachel was crowned VFW Post 3750 West St. Charles Teen Miss Queen I; and,
WHEREAS, Rachel loves travelling the state of Louisiana as queen representing the VFW Post 3750 in Luling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
