Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Doyle Bourgeois, Jr. - "Bourgeois' Complete Renovations" - a remodeling business at 711 Milling Avenue, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Doyle Bourgeois, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a remodeling business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Doyle Bourgeois, Jr., 711 Milling Avenue, Luling, La. is for - "Bourgeois' Complete Renovations" - a remodeling business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Doyle Bourgeois, Jr. a home occupation permit for a remodeling business.
