Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Louis & Jovanna Varnado to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-31, a resubdivision of Lot 12, Addition to Mosella Subdivision as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated June 1, 1942, into Lots 12-A and 12-B, with a waiver to the required minimum width for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-A from 70 feet to 52.08 feet and for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-B from 70-feet to 52.22 ft.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning Commission approval and a supporting resolution by Parish Council for waiver to the minimum required 70-foot width for land zoned C-3; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Louis & Jovanna Varnado, wish to subdivide Lot 12, Addition to Mosella Subdivision as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated June 1, 1942, into Lots 12-A and 12-B; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner wishes for a waiver to the minimum required frontage width for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-A from 70-feet to 52.08 feet and for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-B from 70 feet to 52.22 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Louis & Jovanna Varnado to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2004-31 for resubdivision of Lot 12, Addition to Mosella Subdivision as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated June 1, 1942, into Lots 12-A and 12-B with a waiver from the required width for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-A from 70-feet to 52.08 feet and for the C-3 zoned portion of Lot 12-B from 70 feet to 52.22 feet.
