RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Bruce G. Burkenstock, Jr. to the New Orleans Aviation Board - Noise Abatement Committee.
Body
WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE due to the expiration of the term of Mr. James Cospolich on December 31, 2009; and,
WHEREAS: It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Bruce G. Burkenstock, Jr. 101 Laura Lane, Destreha, Louisiana 70047 is hereby appointed to the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 31, 2009 and shall expire DECEMBER 31, 2011.
