Title
An ordinance to amend the 2006 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to adjust Beginning Fund Balances to Actuals and to adjust Revenues and Expenditures in various funds.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2006 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 05-11-1 on November 7, 2005; and amended December 19, 2005 by Ordinance No. 05-12-24; January 27, 2006 by Executive Order 06-1; April 3, 2006 by Ordinance No. 06-4-10; April 10, 2006 by Executive Order 06-2; May 10, 2006 by Executive Orders 06-3, 06-4, and 06-5; August 18, 2006 by Executive Order 06-6; August 31, 2006 by Executive Order 06-7; September 18, 2006 by Ordinance No. 06-9-12; September 20, 2006 by Executive Order 06-8; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2006 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2006 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as “Exhibit A” and “Exhibit B”.
