RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Councilman Clayton "Snookie" Faucheux to the South Central Louisiana Solid Waste District.
Body
WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA SOLID WASTE DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Councilman Clayton "Snookie" Faucheux on January 13, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Councilman Clayton "Snookie" Faucheux, P. O. Box 1342, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA SOLID WASTE DISTRICT ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective JANUARY 13, 2004 and shall expire JANUARY 14, 2008 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
