Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 on property designated as the Lot ADV-3, Block A, Mimosa Park Subdivision, 12429 Highway 90, Luling as requested by Yvette and Joseph Wolford.
Body
WHEREAS, Yvette and Joseph Wolford request a rezoning from C-2 to C-3 on property designated as Lot ADV-3, Block A, Mimosa Park Subdivision, as shown on the survey by Richmond W. Krebs, Sr., PLS, dated December 18, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting on March 5, 2026.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 on property designated as Lot ADV-3, Block A, Mimosa Park Subdivision, as shown on the survey by Richmond W. Krebs, Sr., PLS, dated December 18, 2025, as requested by Yvette and Joseph Wolford.
SECTION II. The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from C-2 to C-3 on property designated as Lot ADV-3, Block A, Mimosa Park Subdivision, as shown on the survey by Richmond W. Krebs, Sr., PLS, dated December 18, 2025, as requested by Yvette and Joseph Wolford.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
