IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Ryli Jene' Mato is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana with her parents Sharon and Joe Mato, Jr., and her sisters Tori, Kayli, and Remi; and,
WHEREAS, Ryli is currently a 4th grader at Lakewood Elementary School; and,
WHEREAS, Ryli enjoys swimming, playing baseball, and bowling with the Special Olympics; and,
WHEREAS, Ryli is a member of the 4-H Club, 4-H Cloverbuds, and 4-H Chef Club; and,
WHEREAS, Ryli was crowned Deb Miss Queen II at the second annual St. Charles Parish Relay for Life Pageant held Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the Paradis Volunteer Fire Department in Paradis, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society's signature activity uniting communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember people who lost their battle to the disease, and honor those still fighting while raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
