Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Kenneth Wenning, Sr. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-49, allowing a waiver on the 60 foot frontage requirement to 50 feet and the 6000 square foot minimum requirement to 4,950 square feet. The property owner is hereby authorized to vary the frontage from 60 feet to 50 feet and the lot size to 6,000 sq. ft. to 4,950 sq. ft. on Lot KW-1, Goodhope Plantation Lot "C", Section 6, T12S R8E, St. Charles Parish, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required frontage and minimum lot size requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Kenneth Wenning, Sr. wishes to subdivide two (2) undesignated portions of Goodhope Plantation Lot C into Lots KW-1 (22,611.6 sq. ft.) and KW-2 (4,950 sq. ft.).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for minor resubdivision approval with the waiver to the minimum required frontage of Lot KW-2 from 60 feet to 50 feet, and the minimum square footage from 6,000 sq. ft. to 4,950 sq. ft., as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-49.
