RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing a member to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL due to the resignation of Ms. Robin Robicheaux on June 22, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District VI Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire APRIL 1, 2027.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
