An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification on a portion of property formerly known as the Lorio Tract fronting on River Road (downriver from Schexnayder Lane) from OL to R-1A, located in Sections 5 & 7, T12S R20E and Sections 31 & 33, T14S R20E, Hahnville, La. as requested by Nehemiah Development, LLC.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification on a portion of property formerly known as the Lorio Tract fronting on River Road (downriver from Schexnayder Lane) from OL to R-1A, located in Sections 5 & 7, T12S R20E and Sections 31 & 33, T14S R20E, Hahnville, La. as requested by Nehemiah Development, LLC.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from OL to R-1A on a portion of property formerly known as the Lorio Tract fronting on River Road (downriver from Schexnayder Lane) from OL to R-1A, located in Sections 5 & 7, T12S R20E and Sections 31 & 33, T14S R20E, Hahnville, La. as requested by Nehemiah Development, LLC.
