Title
A resolution to approve and authorize the execution of a letter by St. Charles Parish approving McKim & Creed, Inc. as assignee in title of GSA Consulting Engineers in connection with the Engineering Services Contract with GSA Consulting Engineers, for the East Bank C Plant Filter Upgrade (WWKS 96).
Body
WHEREAS, as approved in Ordinance 18-6-5, and amended by Ordinance 21-5-5, St. Charles Parish entered into a contract for Engineering Services with GSA Consulting Engineers, on June 6, 2018, the scope of which was to perform documented and agreed to services for the East Bank C Plant Filter Upgrade (WWKS 96); and,
WHEREAS, McKim & Creed, Inc. is the assignee in title to GSA Consulting Engineers, Inc; and,
WHEREAS, all services, compensation, schedule and payment shall remain as provided in Ordinance No. 18-6-5 and amending Ordinance 21-5-5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of a letter supporting the assignment in title of GSA Consulting Engineers to McKim & Creed, Inc. in connection with the Engineering Services Contract entered into with St. Charles Parish on June 6, 2018 and amended on May 10, 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said letter supporting the assignment in title of GSA Consulting Engineers to McKim & Creed, Inc.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2021, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
