Title

An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of former portions of Esperanza Plantation into Lots 1-8, A, B & C, located in Section 1, T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Esperanza Investments, Inc.

Body

WHEREAS,      Esperanza Investments, Inc. own an undeveloped tract of land in Luling, La; and,

WHEREAS,      the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for future development; and,

WHEREAS,      the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Michael Bernard dated August 28, 2000 for resubdivision of former portions of Esperanza Plantation into Lots 1-8, A, B & C, located in Section 1, T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana is hereby approved.
